Abacus is a mental math method that uses a traditional counting frame to build calculation speed, concentration, and confidence in children. Training progresses through structured levels — starting with single and double-digit operations and building up to advanced mental arithmetic — so a child's progress is easy to track and measure over time.
Most children start Abacus between ages 5 and 7, once they're comfortable with basic counting. Slightly older beginners are welcome too — we assess each child individually before placing them in a batch.
The program is structured across multiple levels, starting with single and double-digit calculations and progressing to advanced mental arithmetic. Each child moves through the levels at their own pace, based on regular practice and skill mastery.
